Prototypes are handmade by Keith, while production occurs in China using high-quality traditional techniques.
Can I buy replacement parts (e.g., teapot lids)?
No, replacements for broken items are not sold separately.
Why is the stamped wording on mugs slightly imperfect?
Each piece is hand-finished, resulting in minor variations in positioning and color—a deliberate part of their unique charm.
